The Opera & Musical Theatre Chorus is a two week workshop in conjunction with the Opera & Musical Theatre Intensive Program. Singers of all levels of experience and ability are invited to be a crucial part of the story-telling and drama in a program of classic opera and musical theatre scenes. Rehearse daily to prepare your music with our dynamic Guest Artist Faculty, and participate in a fully costumed and staged performance at the end of the two weeks. No audition is necessary.

Comprimario participants have opportunity for featured singing roles in the performance, as well as a vocal lesson/coaching with staff and participation in scheduled masterclasses.

Rehearsals will be M-F from 7-9:00 pm, with additional rehearsals scheduled as needed.

The faculty were outstanding and I enjoyed having personalized attention from the teachers and coaches. Our days were filled to the brim with coachings, lessons, masterclasses, and rehearsals as we learned and polished opera and musical theater scenes that were performed at the end of the two-week festival. I learned a lot and enjoyed all the performance opportunities, but perhaps the best part of the program were the friendships made along the way with the other performers. It was an amazing two weeks filled with lots of music and laughter!
